Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Conobix (“Conobix”, “we”) collects when you use conobix.com, conobix.ru and the Conobix application (together, the “Service”), why, who processes it on our behalf, and what you can ask of us. Using the Service means you have read this policy.

1. What we collect

  • Account data: your email address. There is no password — you sign in with a one-time code sent to that address.
  • Content you give the Service: briefs, prompts, chat messages, and files you upload (product photos, reference images, video and audio).
  • Content the Service makes for you: scripts, storyboard stills, generated clips, voice-overs and rendered videos.
  • Billing data: your plan, credit balance and the history of credits reserved and spent. When card payments are enabled, the payment itself is handled by the payment provider; we never see your full card number.
  • Usage data: pages opened, buttons pressed, which pipeline step you are on, errors the Service returned, your browser and device type, approximate location from your IP address, and session recordings on the marketing site.
  • Technical data: IP address, request logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to run analytics.

2. Why we use it

  • To run the Service: make the videos you ask for, keep your projects, bill credits, send sign-in codes and invitations.
  • To improve it: understand where people get stuck, which features are used, and which generations fail and why.
  • To keep it safe: prevent abuse of our provider accounts, enforce the Terms of Use, and respond to legal requests.
  • To talk to you: about your account, credits, incidents, and — only if you agree — news about the product.

3. Who processes data for us

Producing a video means sending your prompts and images to AI model providers, and keeping the results in cloud storage. Each of them acts under its own terms; we send only what a generation needs.

  • Text and prompts: Anthropic (Claude).
  • Images and video: fal.ai, Higgsfield, and through them the model vendors they host (ByteDance Seedance, Kling, and others named in the model picker).
  • Voice: ElevenLabs, xAI.
  • Storage of uploads and generated media: Backblaze B2 (United States).
  • Hosting: Timeweb (servers in the Netherlands).
  • Analytics and error reporting: PostHog, Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika.
  • Email: our own mailbox on Timeweb.
  • Payments, when enabled: the payment provider named at checkout.

4. Analytics, cookies and recordings

We use cookies and similar identifiers to keep you signed in and to measure how the Service is used. Session replay is switched on for the marketing site; inside the application, every input field is masked in recordings, so sign-in codes and API keys you type are never captured. You can block analytics cookies in your browser; the Service still works.

5. Your content

What you upload and what the Service makes for you stays yours. We store it so you can come back to it, and we use it only to provide the Service and to debug it. We do not use your content to train models. Media is kept until you delete the project it belongs to, or your account.

6. How long we keep data

  • Account and billing records: for as long as the account exists, and afterwards as long as tax and accounting rules require.
  • Projects and media: until you delete them.
  • Sign-in codes: minutes; request logs: up to 90 days; analytics: as configured with each provider, typically up to 12 months.

7. Where data is stored

The Service runs in the Netherlands, media is stored in the United States, and the model providers listed above process requests where they operate. By using the Service you accept that your data may be processed outside your country of residence, with the safeguards those providers offer.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your personal data, to stop marketing emails, or to object to a particular use. Deleting your account removes your projects and media. Write to info@conobix.com; we answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your data-protection authority.

9. Children

The Service is not meant for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and for material changes we tell you by email or in the application. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new version.
