Privacy Policy of CONOBIX and personal data processing terms

1. General provisions

1.1. The Policy applies to the personal data of users of the site https://conobix.com and of the Conobix platform for making videos with artificial intelligence (the “Service”). The data controller is the sole proprietor Alena Viktorovna Sazonova (tax ID 680101774262, registration No. 326680000044256) (the “Operator”, “we”).

1.2. The Operator determines the purposes and means of processing personal data on its own and is responsible for compliance with applicable data protection law.

1.3. The Policy applies to all users of the Service. The Service is intended for persons over 18 years of age.

1.4. If you do not agree with the Policy, do not register in the Service and do not give us your data.

2. Personal data processed

2.1. We collect only the data needed for the Service to work and for the agreement with you to be performed.

2.2. The Operator processes the following categories of data:

2.2.1. Account data: surname, first name, patronymic; date of birth (to confirm that you are of age); email address.

2.2.2. Data about your work in the Service: text requests, the files you upload to make videos, the videos made, the request history, the plan and the subscription status.

2.2.3. Payment data: bank card details to the extent passed on by the payment organisation (a masked card number), information about payments and refunds.

2.2.4. Identity document details: requested only when necessary — for a refund, the consideration of a complaint or the drawing up of documents under the agreement.

2.2.5. Technical data: IP address, information about the browser and device, cookie data (section 5).

2.3. We do not process special categories of personal data (on health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs and the like) or biometric personal data. Uploaded files are not used to identify anyone.

2.4. The scope and content of the data match the purposes of processing and do not exceed them.

2.5. You enter the full bank card details on the acquiring bank's secure page. It processes them under its own rules; the Operator does not store the full card number or the CVC/CVV code.

3. Purposes of processing

3.1. The Operator processes personal data for the purpose of preparing, concluding and performing the agreement with the user, including:

3.1.1. Running the Service: registering and maintaining the account, making videos on your requests, keeping the results in your account area.

3.1.2. Payment: taking subscription payments, issuing receipts, refunding money.

3.1.3. Supporting and developing the Service: answering requests and complaints, keeping the Service stable and secure, aggregated usage statistics.

3.1.4. Compliance with the law: accounting and tax records, responding to requests of authorised state bodies.

3.1.5. Contacting you: service notices about the subscription, payments and changes to the terms.

4. Legal bases of processing

4.1. The Operator processes data on the bases provided for by applicable data protection law:

4.1.1. The user's consent. Consent is given separately from the agreement: by a tick in the registration form that is not set in advance. The text of the consent is published at https://conobix.com/consent.

4.1.2. Performance of the agreement to which the user is a party — the Conobix public offer at https://conobix.com/terms.

4.1.3. Compliance with legal obligations — tax and accounting law.

4.2. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@conobix.com. After the withdrawal we stop the processing and delete the data within 30 days, except for data that the law requires us to keep. Without consent to the processing of account data, working in the Service is not possible.

5. Processing of data while working in Conobix

5.1. Collection. At registration you give the account data. While working, you enter requests and upload files yourself. Technical data is collected automatically.

5.2. Use of files. The uploaded files and requests are used only to make videos on your request and to keep the results in your account area. We do not publish them, do not pass them to other users and do not use them in advertising.

5.3. Materials with other people. If you upload files containing information about other people, you confirm that you have obtained their consent and are responsible to them for that.

5.4. Security. Data is transmitted over a secure connection (SSL/TLS), access to the information system is restricted and controlled, and the data is backed up. In the event of a data breach we notify the affected users and, where the law requires it, the supervisory authority without undue delay.

5.5. Storage and deletion. You may delete your files and videos in your account area at any time.

6. Use of cookies

6.1. The site uses cookies so that the Service works correctly and conveniently.

6.2. Which cookies are used:

6.2.1. Necessary — to sign in to the account, protect against abuse and process payments.

6.2.2. Functional — to remember your settings.

6.2.3. Analytical — for anonymised visit statistics [an analytics service, for example Yandex Metrica]. Used only with your consent in the cookie banner.

6.3. Managing cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Without the necessary cookies, signing in to the account and paying may not work.

7. The user's rights in automated processing

Conobix makes videos with artificial intelligence technologies on your requests.

7.1. The Operator does not take decisions that produce legal effects for you or otherwise affect your rights solely on the basis of automated processing of data.

7.1.1. If the account is restricted by automatic protection systems, you may ask for the decision to be reviewed by a person.

7.1.2. You may contest such a decision by writing to info@conobix.com.

8. Closing provisions

We treat your data with care and use it only to run Conobix. For any question about data processing write to info@conobix.com. We announce changes to the Policy on the site and by email.
